Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your gear.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the equipment in its original box and place it inside a separate shipping carton with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship and Track
Send your return via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
